Himalayan Space Centre (HSC) is a space education and outreach organisation committed to inspiring and empowering the next generation of space scientists, engineers, innovators and explorers. As an ISRO Registered Space Tutor, HSC works from Hubli BRANCH office to make space science and technology accessible, engaging and career-oriented for students and young minds. With a vision to build the "Mars Generation", Himalayan Space Centre focuses on taking space education beyond textbooks and classrooms through hands-on learning, experiential activities, space labs, astronomy and STEM-based programmes. The Centre aims to nurture curiosity, scientific thinking, innovation and problem-solving skills among students while creating awareness about the diverse career opportunities emerging across the global space ecosystem. HSC is particularly focused on strengthening access to quality space education in North Karnataka and beyond, with the vision of establishing space learning ecosystems and specialised space labs in schools. Through collaborations with educational institutions, industry, government and the wider space community, HSC seeks to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the real-world applications of space science and technology. The organisation's larger mission is to ensure that today's students are not merely spectators of India's growing space journey, but become the future architects of humanity's journey to the Moon, Mars and beyond.
